Jack Andrews
Owner - Operator
For as long as he can remember, Jack has wanted to start his own business. After working in several different industries, he found that many of the companies he worked for never valued their employees the way they should. After each experience worse than the last, he decided it was time to take matters into his own hands. That decision led him to start Leaf and Load alongside his partner, Nathan.
Jack is no stranger to hard work. Over the years he has taken on demanding roles including truck dispatching, warehouse management, and high-end armed security. Each role pushed him to work harder, think faster, and embrace challenges head-on.
Nathan Moreno
Owner - Operator
After being an underappreciated employee for most of his young adult life, Nathan knew he needed something more. Having faced many of the same issues and frustrations as Jack in the workplace, Nathan knew that partnering with him would lead to something great.
With working years in a fast paced, labor intensive buffet; to a warehouse worker; to an armed security guard; and even a utility locator, Nathan was determined to find something that would play into his strengths, balance his weaknesses, and still give him the opportunity to grow. Through this drive and desire to find fulfillment is where the first ideas for Leaf and Load were born.
Leaf and Load represents Jack’s greatest challenge yet. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way, he now has the opportunity to serve his community the way he has always wanted to.
